1. What is AxisMind AI

AxisMind AI is an AI-assisted self-coaching platform. Following a deep multi-dimensional life interview, the AI generates an individual analytical profile and provides a self-coaching agent via Telegram — capable of conducting continuous personal self-development sessions based on that profile. It is not mandatory to fill in all fields of the interview; if you are not comfortable answering, you may leave them blank.

AxisMind AI does not replace therapy, psychotherapy, medical or psychiatric care. In case of severe emotional distress, mental health crisis, or risk to life, please seek a qualified professional or emergency services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing the interview, or subscribing to any AxisMind AI plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any point, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and that the information provided is truthful.

4. Subscription and Payment

AxisMind AI plans are billed monthly or annually, as chosen at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the card on file until the plan is cancelled.

Cancellation may be requested at any time from the account dashboard. No proportional refunds are issued for unused periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws *(This right does not apply if you have already started using the tool, which means beginning the Profile Analysis Interview. For this reason, a Free Trial is available just below the plans, simulating how the tool works so that you can evaluate and decide before purchasing).

5. Responsible Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• —Share, resell, or transfer your account access to third parties
• —Attempt to compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the system
• —Submit false, offensive, or third-party rights-violating content
• —Use the AI self-coaching agent for purposes unrelated to personal development

6. Personal Data Treatment

In compliance with applicable data protection law, we inform you that:

• —Raw interview responses are not stored — they are summarized and processed in-memory by the AI; raw data is discarded immediately after generating the analytical profile, retaining only a summary and not the verbatim content of the interview.
• —Only the analytical summary derived from the interview is persisted.
• —Account data (name, email) and payment data are processed as necessary for the execution of the contracted service.
• —You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contato@axismind.ai.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including texts, prompts, methodology, design, and software — is the exclusive property of AxisMind AI and protected by law. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AxisMind AI is a personal development support tool powered by AI; any response generated that deviates from the proposed objective or raises doubts must be evaluated by you, and you assume responsibility for your choices, as the AI does not guarantee any specific outcome or certainty. As this is a self-coaching and personal self-development process. The AxisMindAi platform is not responsible for your choices, decisions, and responsibilities. Results depend on the user's engagement and honesty. We do not guarantee general or specific outcomes. Our liability is limited solely to the proportional value paid for the active plan, solely for the period of the month in which a service failure occurs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo/SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
