AxisMind AI takes the privacy of your data seriously. This policy explains, clearly, what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what your rights are — in compliance with applicable data protection law.

2. Data We Collect
Registration Data
Name and email address — required for account creation and communication.
Payment Data
Processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. AxisMind AI does not store credit card data. We only query subscription status and the active plan.
Self-Coaching Interview — Special Treatment
Interview responses are considered sensitive data. Therefore, raw responses from this interview are not stored in any database. They are processed in-memory by the AI exclusively to generate the summary of this interview, which is responsible for generating the analytical profile. The raw data from this interview is discarded immediately after this summary and analysis are stored.
Telegram Conversations
Messages exchanged with the self-coaching agent are stored in a history log to enable session continuity, thus generating the context of the last interactions. This history is used exclusively by the user's AI agent and is not shared.
Internal Quality Analysis
Interactions with the coach may be analyzed in an aggregated and internal manner to identify usage patterns, improve service quality, and refine our communication. These analyses are conducted exclusively by our team and internal systems. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties or used for external commercial purposes.
Usage Data
Monthly message count and app activity records — used to apply plan limits and display activity history in the dashboard.

4. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only with:

- —Stripe (payment processing) — subject to Stripe's privacy policy
- —OpenAI (AI processing) — raw interview responses are sent only for analysis and are not retained.
- —Resend (transactional email delivery) — email and name only
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. After account cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by legal obligation (e.g., tax records).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

7. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: secure authentication via Supabase, encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), Row Level Security (RLS) access control in the database, and API keys never exposed in source code.

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email. The date of the last update is always indicated at the top of this page.
